Actually, there are 4 tracks at the end ;) one is as it says an alternate for track 20. As for the other 3...

They are not in the film, so it's not easy to say. 02M10 In the Name of Science would be somewhere just before track 12, if Lockdown's tracklisting with those few slates is correct. The other two i guess we will not know unless the rest of the slates show up.

But as i said, they are not in the film. I have checked :)

EDIT: Indeed. The first 20 or so seconds of it is in there between tracks 9 and 10 at 19:57 and 20:15. Nice :) or rather, it replaces the ending of track 9.

Spent a lot of hours ripping the audio from the bluray (and no, no use in trying to get the music from there unless you are a REALLY big fan of speech and SFX because they are EVERYWHERE). I can say that track 1 (Marvel Studios Fanfare) and track 41 (End Credits) comes from the bluray. They are virtually identical. Track 42 (Post Credits) however, does not come from the bluray. They sound the same, but the complete version is CLEAN. I know someone could have removed the speech and SFX, but in that case ANY sound studio should hire that person because THAT is magic if that's the case.

Also made a comparison of some tracks (i will make a comparison of ALL tracks). So far:

Track 1 - Marvel Studios Fanfare
Same in both versions.

Track 2 - Origins
Film version is almost 33 seconds shorter, different mixing. Should be possible to mix from the complete version.

Track 3 - The Trial of Loki
About the same in both versions.

Track 4 - Battle of Vanaheim
Film version is almost 26 seconds shorter, different mixing. Should be possible to mix from the complete version.

Track 2, 3 and 4 are mixed together in the film.

Track 38 - (whatever you want to call it)
Film version is split into 3 parts with the middle part being somewhat different. The reason for the split? Dramatic pauses in the film? ;)

Track 39 - Legacy
Film version is 12 seconds longer. Using the audio from the film is not probable since there is speech that will be hard to remove.

Track 40 - Thor: The Dark World
About the same in both versions.

Track 39 and 40 are mixed together in the film.

Track 41 - End Credits
Same in both versions.

Track 42
About the same in both versions. Complete version is NOT ripped from the BluRay (IMO).

AT least it's been figured out that the first part of track 46 (04M23 - The Teachings of Dr Selvig (unused)) is in fact used. At least part of it. The first 20-25 seconds of it is used instead of the final 35 seconds of track 9 (Boy Lifts Truck/Finding the Vortex). I'm working on comparing the complete to what's actually in the film...
