That's EXACTLY what Max Steiner does as a composer -- and what he created made more than a few films much emotionally stronger. Starting in the 90's William Stromberg and John Morton have done so many excellent revivals of scores on so many CDs. And the person whose works they recreated the most has been Steiner's. (I only wish their Tribute label can be as revived as they did for Steiner!) By the way... both Bill and John live on Facebook. And it's more than just fun to communicate with them... Thank you AGAIN and AGAIN for the music you love and share... and your AIFFs!
