A question: Could you tell me a little more about what this collection is? These aren't actual film scores, are they? Are they library music, promotional music...?

Library music for film. Some might have been originally composed for specific films, but it might take alot of googling to find out which - the titles dont necessarily represent film titles. I edited the first post to mention it's library music.
Boosey & Hawkes and Cavendish are prominent names in the production library biz.

Cacavas is a 100% Greek name.
John Cacavas' father was an immigrant from Greece.
And of course his friendship with Telly Savalas, another Greek, wasn't incidental.
