You can only get it by playing Sphere Break. Suck it up. Sphere Break is a cool game. If you absolutely can't get it in Chapter 3, you can find him in the basement in Luca in Chapter 5. Beat him and he'll cough it up --- the requirements are a lot rougher, but by then you can get lots of better coins and make it pretty easy.
