So I was doing some research on Yuzo Koshiro and came across Motohiro Kawashima's gameography. (He did some of Streets of Rage 2/3's tracks.)

His most recent work was the soundtrack to an obscure, indie PS Vita mobile game called Oh Deer!. Funny thing is the game was released on Playstation Mobile, which pretty much guarantees that no one will ever play it (much less get to listen to Kawashima's work)!

If anyone is aware of a game rip, that would be great!
