It's nothing new. :P But honestly the topic is alive not only because the PM thing, but because it's a Brian Tyler score and it's a new thing. :P

It was a clever buy I don't regret. However.. since it's a digital buy I'm wondering if my Cloud e-mail is there in the info for everyone to see.

If you haven't used ffmpeg to copy to new .m4a, it will not only be in the meta tags, but embedded in the binary itself.
You can open your files in any hex editor and search your name/email and it will be there.

But for the general public it won't be there. *shrugs* Unless they look for it or it's in iTunes.

Kinda thinking it could of been from my share, but I honestly am not gonna care much and I'm not gonna spend hours downloading from a shitty uploader just to see if it's "stolen" or not. :P

Why? It's just security, safety reasons. Probably out of 1000 people who get the link only one will be the asshole to try and hack it or maybe not. Maybe they all will just listen and don't see the metatags at all, but it's just safety. My bad, it was my first DIGITAL iTunes bought purchase.

Legal safety, too. Not just hacks.
The music associations had a lot of pirting sites and services shut down entirely over the past few years.
And a lot more places are in deep trouble.

Last thing you want is at least your name revealed in a hex editor.
