One of the most beautiful overlooked scores for a beautiful film. Ann Bancroft once said The Miracle Worker was considered art.... it made no money at the box office... The Graduate, in which she stared, was a great success and made the big bucks. The score for The Miracle Worker is right there next to the film To Kill A Mockingbird for emotion and remarkable quality.
