From the moment I put this game in, I had an overwhelming desire to gouge my eyes out with cottonballs.

In my opinion, it was a pretty good game. I loved that battle system, the familiar faces, etc. It may not be very good as a stand alone RPG (if it was made w/o FFX before it), but since it complemented everything in FFX, and proposed a new outlook on the world of FF's, I think it's a pretty good game.

I love it and I definitely don't have any problem with it. I thought, for the most part, the music was up to the standards of other Final Fantasy games. Unlike some, I didn't find the plot shallow or stupid. Although it starts out kind of seeming that well, it gets better and better as it goes along. The battles were for the most part enjoyable. I thought the best part of the game was the variety of subquests and depth of choices you could make, plus an unprecedented level of control over the game by being able to skip scenes, choose your own path in many cases and explore new things by playing New Game Plus. And let's face it --- it was also a graphical feast, fun to watch and I think fun to play too.

I think it was a good game, i think it was a good idea that they made you do things besides fighting

After about the first 30minutes I just knew it was gonna suck and now after burning the disk because the store wuoldnt take it back I sincerely hope that if they want to make an ffx-3 that they let me go to japan to kill them first

I think, it was ok. Not very good but not bad, either. I was just a little disappointed.....I expected more after FF-X, but like I said it was still ok. ;)

i was dissapointed but still i think its a good game to play definatley not rubbish :)

I thought it was an alright game, something different to what I was used to from the FF series. After playing through it 3 times though I found I didn't really like it as much as many other games. I think the overly hyper attitude of the main characters contributed to that somewhat, that and if you want to play just for the storyline the game is actually incredibly short; yet to get 100% you need to do some of the most ridiculous things.

Well Terra Fire, I am a Big final fantasy fan, so I liked alot of things about it. But running around as 3 half naked chicks with swords was my favorite part.

A- Spend 50+ hours watching clouds, Barrets and cids arses or
B- Spend 50+ hours watching Yunas, Rikkus and Paines arses? =)

i'd choose B it's the more logical choice for almost everyone :)

but exclude paine's i don't like her

plus there's one problem with your question thing........if its pointed at boys you want things like:

A) Aeris,Tifa or Yuffies
B) Yuna,Paine or Rikku

but for Girls its

A) Barret,Cid or Cloud
B) Wakka,Shuyin or (Barkeep just jokin) last one would be Brother...

or you could just keep yours......

ffx2 was fun to play, it was soposivley based for girls.but i din't really enjoy running around as half naked women.

He didnt at the end he just said stuff like , " if you cant beat the tail how are you meant to beat the rest ", but i really enjoyed this game , its story line was deep for me for some reason ,and i liked the mini games so i voted yes for this game

I really liked x-2. i thought that it brought around the finishing touches on some of the things that x didnt clarify. i also think it gave us a deeper look into the charecters personalities. all together i really enjoyed it.

i voted for "I framed the cover on my wall, and look at it at night." because i love it so much it finished ffx really well, in depth story, fun min games and it had girls which you could say were fit all other ff didnt have that. and also the cool gullwings go,song

I think that was the idea.IMO the makers decided to make a 'different'type of FF.One thing about this game is that it feels totally diff to any other Final Fantasy.They make the game more fun and the atomesphere of the game is a lot more laid-back then previous FF's.I personally loved it.The battles are high octane and fast paced.The Characters are good(although a lack of a central male character was a let-down)It looks great and the dressphere system is original and clever.I give it 8.5/10

Awesome game, I hired it last year for a few nights but couldn't really get into it, but I bought it last Thursday during my racing Final Fantasy addiction and I've been addicted ever since. Wow, what a game! Love the Dressphere system!

It's not to bad. Kinda like it. But there were weak points, and as seifersephiroth said, it was just overall too happy. Not FF enough. Still, maybe the FF series needed a 'happy' game.
