Argh!! Do you have to push Tobli in the lift to get 100% completion? He's driving me crazy running around and pushing me out of the way when i try to move him. Every time i get him a little bit further down the corridor he pushes me back and runs off!!

Do you have to push him or just the 3 main musicians? And if you have to...does anyone have any advice??

I got my 100% without ever pushing him, so I'd suggest not bothering.

Thank goodness for that, thanks.

I didn't know if you have to do it or not for getting the 100 %, but I always pushed them. And it looks so stupid if you push them around to different directions....

lol I just can't move Tobli he's stupid scurrying round all over the place!

Oh, don't worry. It never works for me the first time. You should see how it looks like when I do it..... But it's still fun, even if it's kinda stupid.

You should note that if you push Tobli into the lift, you cannot get the episode complete in the moonflow, but if you do you will get the enterprise accessory

UltimateFFFan is correct.

In fact --- if you are trying for 100% completion in one game (something I don't recommend) then Tobli shouldn't even be there. If Tobli is in the lift, then that means that you've skipped the Moonflow mission in Chapter 1.

Tobli is very difficult to push. It took me close to an hour. For pushing Tobli in, you get the Enterprise, an accessory that lets Break MP Limit. If you don't care about breaking MP Limit, then ignore Tobli, and just push the other three musicians in. Oh --- if you have the Japanese version, then you get the Cat Nip instead.

Completion percentage is only received for spoken dialogue events.

Ah, right. Its alright then because i'm doing a new game plus and have something like 94%. I just wondered if you had to do it because he is really annoying.

I no that it not has much to do with the tread to do, but do any of you know how to get the "key to succes"?

Agent0042

You're right, it doesn't have much to do with the thread, like at all. Start a new one, or look through the existing threads.

But I've heard that it has something to do with Tobli, so if you know anything...plz look at my thread.

How do you get Tobli into the lift? I tried for about 10 minutes and every time it looked like I was getting somewhere, he just turned around and ran back past me. I think he even ran through the other musicians a couple of times, so I couldn't force him in at all. :-\

The first time I don't rememeber how I did it. The second time, I let him walk into me and I tapped the forward button only a little bit. Eventually after many times doing this, I got him there... It was freakin' hard tho.

You have to be very careful and stay ultra-focused when the camera angle changes, otherwise you're toast.

I just couldnt push him..whenever i tried it was more like he was pushing me lol. I did get the 100% without pushing him..but i had to make up for it by going a ways into the labrynth >.<

Agent0042

Actually, there's no "making up for it" as such. I'll say again, pushing the musicians has nothing to do with 100% completion. In fact, if you're trying for 100% completion in one game and you push Tobli the first time through, then you've sacrificed it because that means you skipped the Moonflow mission in Chapter 1.

Yeah..I skipped it but that was on my second play through. I'm glad you don't have to push him to get 100% ^_^

Don't you have to push him in the 'elevator' to get to the part where Yuna says "Who the heck in Lenne!?"

Agent0042

You have to push the three musicians, Pukutak, Dongra and Bayra. Tobli shouldn't even be there unless you skipped the Moonflow mission in Chapter 1.

Creek

ah... but I really didn't catch why he was in there at all, or any of them, for that matter...

x_Yuna_x

No, Yuna says "Who the heck is Lenne?!" anyway. She says that whether Tobli is there or not

Well, Buddy's theory is that Brother is looking for more cheap labor like Barkeep and if you talk to Pukutak she says "When Brother let us this room, he gave us each a mop and broom." Talk with her again and she says "Yes, that Brother is so nice, he even let us pick his lice!"

If Tobli is also aboard, I think he says that they need transit from Kilika to get back to the Moonflow. Because if you don't participate in the Moonflow mission in Chapter 1, you'll find them in Kilika at the end of Chapter 1.

oh... alright... that makes sense I guess.... But if you don't get Tobli in the elevator, (if you skipped the mission in Moonflow) do you get to Yuna's "mini-concert" for them?

x_Yuna_x, sorry, it was a typo...

Agent0042

Of course you do, how else could get 100% completion.

Look, enough already. Pushing Tobli in the elevator is totally, 100% optional. It doesn't affect anything other than whether or not you get the bonus accessory Enterprise and if you completed the Moonflow mission in Chapter 1, then he won't even be there.
