Hi every one (I apologize for my english, I’m french),
I just registered on this forum especially to post about this soundtrack, which is basically my favorite since I watched the movie 15 years ago. I hate the official Decca edition, and I’ve been waiting so long for those recording sessions, it’s like christmas for me. Thank you for this incredible job !
I don’t know how all of this finally leaked, but I wonder if there is not a little part still missing, just between �*Verger Finds Clarice*� and �*Starling to Vergers*�.*

The music starts around 0:40.
If anyone have heard about this missing little (but beautiful) part, I’m desperately looking for it every where…
And for those who are absolute fans of the movie or the way the music sounds in it, I noticed that the soundtrack is slightly faster in the final mix of the feature than the recording sessions. If you put the tracks in Imovie and speed it up to 103-104%, then you get the exact music experience than in the movie.

The job you made is just amazing! I love the way you mixed it all and the wonderful covers! I just put it in my Fiio X1 and going to enjoy it all the day :)
About this little moment, It indeed sounds quite similar to � Think about what I said � (which I listen 10 times a day since I’ve found the Recording Sessions) but still, the moment I’m talking about has a little and precious difference : it’s a very slow and calm solo of one celo, while "Think about what I said" has multiple instruments playing together.
I’ll keep looking for it, maybe it’s hidden somewhere on the web…
There’s also a missing a track credited in the movie : � Gun Play � by Clay Duncan, which is mixed with � Fish Market � in the film.
I know Clay Duncan did send freely this track to this guy a few years ago : https://chiefdundee.blogspot.fr/2007/11/hannibal-suite-hans-zimmer-patrick.html he talks about it at the end of the comments, but the links are now dead (RIP megaupload).
Anyway thanks again for this great job, I'll it you know if I found those last extra pieces!

About "gun play" i m pretty sure i read that it was indeed composed by clay duncan but it was just a beat, really nothing special IMO
And for the track you re looking for, i still feel like it s the same track as "think about what you said", but maybe a different take, that could have been slowed down during the editing of the movie, cause yes i hear the cello is prominent, but behind it you can still hear another cello (or violin idk), i really think you won't find it anywhere... but of course i d be interested if you find it somewhere :)
