I've heard of rumors online but now i see it for myself. I got the sector five key and walked into aeris church. Ive always heard of the rumor/glitch that you see a quick glimpse of aeris in the church as if it were a glitch. I walked in and saw her working in the flowers- right above the girl who asks "Where has the flower lady gone?" I started to walk up and got stopped by the pew in the middle and within the blink of an eye shes gone. Uhhh this has prob been answered 5 times over but whats the deal?

i think it was probably put in there as a little inspiration for the last leg of the journey, kinda like...reminding you that she is still with you and to fight with everything you got, and put good old Sephy down for the count....atleast that was the way i looked at it, it was enought to send me to the north cave and kill that Cock Juggling Thunder Cunt!! sorry for the language....i just miss Aerith SO BAD! ( Just kidding :D)

Aeris ghost is just a little extra bit you get if you get the key to midgar again, when you go into the church you see her briefly and she disappears, not really a glitch...

I think they put that in there to show you Aeris is still around. You (Cloud) shouldn't give up, she's still there to help even if she's dead. :)

yes I agree also that's the place where cloud and her first met person to person I know they met before but never did get a chance to get to know each other she made me buy flowers that time so I did

I think its there more as a memory of clouds and he thinks he sees her but then when he goes to touch her he realizes his mind is playing tricks on him and the ghost disappears.

its not a glitch and it does not show up when shes alive trust me ive went there multiple times when shes alive and after shes dead and it never appeared when she was alive in fact all i ever saw was an image of her standing there and when i got to close it faded away.

The whole stroy behind the deadline and the quest to bring her back to life is one big fat lie i read the thing directly form the person and in the end he says how hes just a fat stinky person who lives with his mom and made the whole thing for kicks and giggles the only way to bring aeris back is through gameshark or in the pc version there is a code that gives u all the chars and if u type it in after aeris dies you get her back.

ooooo, well ther was so many runors goin about, no one knew what to believe, someone actually made a site, and did like a true or false thing, to ressurecting aeris, and there is no way to do it, but the rumors were pretty good ideas. too bad u cna't ressurect her.

You can get her back with Gameshark, sort of, although I don't know the code. I haven't tried it myself, although I did edit her into a PC savefile once. You can only put her in your battle party and she doesn't show up in scenes in the Northern Cave or anywhere on the Airship.

Oh, and the revival stuff is such old bull...

The ghost of Aerith is just a glitch, but it is certainly very nice. The first time I was happy that glitches exist was when I saw Aerith's ghost in the church. I'm glad that also nice glitches exist, not only those that hinder you or puzzle you.

I tried the resurection code once, it brought her back for the battle I was in but then the whole game just crashed on me, It was the same for the 'Have Sephiroth' code as well....

but it was fun being able to control them, even if it was for 1 battle :-D

Your supposed to use her for magic, check her stats, she's by far the strongest magic user the group has, which (imo) more than makes up for her physical weakness....

i was talkin about her physical attacks, she din't ahve very much HP either. i never used her *i wonder if im gonna get yelled at for sayin that...hehe.* i cried the first time she died. and i've watched it so many time, i laughed at myself for crying

I know its not the ressurection or nothin' but I was wondering.....I've heard that you can get Tifa killed by Sephiroth instead of Aeris and its by bein' nice to Aeris and really bad to Tifa is it right or is it just me? Because I think Aeris is really good........(I don't like Tifa that much really......) Can someone help me out?

yea, i dont know why some people actually believer stuff like that. the only thing Tifa or Barret will take the place of Aeris in, is as Cloud's date

okay thats probably where it developed people tohught that from the date basically you can get anyone (Barret,Tifa or Aeris) to go on a date with you it changed so people thought that Barret,Tifa or Aeris can get killed by Sephiroth......at least that's what i reckon now......it could of happended that way i guess :)

It definately wasn't a glitch. I think they put Aeris' "ghost" there, as a reminder that the team shouldn't give up. Also, Aeris was always there to reassure people, and I think she still does even after death. Also, it makes you remember what happened, and might even inspire you a little, like it does to Cloud and the team. ;)

Aerith's ghost might be a glitch, but then again, it might be Cloud's memories of her.

For now, I think it's a memory of Cloud, not a glitch.
