I know this isn’t a game discussion forum in itself, but apparently, the game is taking quite a beating from PC users all around the Internet due to some major technical issues. Isn’t that a shame? At least the music is great, especially "Invasion" in its full length.

Yeah, PC version is getting completely thrashed on Steam. I don’t know when or why I decided to wait for a GOTY but I’m glad I did. Watched a couple of gameplay videos including the Arkham Knight reveal and the 100% ending, and quite honestly, very predictable even though Rocksteady had people thinking otherwise.

Why are the files in this different formats?

I know, right? One can figure it out rather quickly just by knowing a bit of Batman lore, really. I mean, I had my predictions about Arkham Knight’s true identity, but once he went all "I’d like to be there, but you’d just hold back" on Batman during that helicopter fight at Ace Chemicals, the surprise was pretty much spoiled. "You Know Who" had the same problem with Batman: holding back, never finishing off the bad guys, letting them do bad things to good people (I’m trying to avoid any spoilers here)…

Invasion is a badass track. Sounds like a B-side remix of the Arkham City theme.

3 months? Season Pass content is guaranteed to drop once every month for the next 6 months (with new music, like the exclusive Joker stuff for Asylum) and I’m guessing they’ll attempt to release a Volume 2 soundtrack by then. But still, I’m hoping someone does a complete soundtrack like many attempted to do for Arkham City. And hoping someone does a proper rip of Origins.

Just watched both endings on YouTube. I guess the second one, the hidden one, is…well, not the best, probably, but still fulfilling in a sense. To paraphrase, it was not the ending this game needed, but the one it deserved. Or something like that. As for the closing scene, if we’re both thinking about the same one, I’d say it was Azrael, using Scarecrow’s fear toxin in his mission as Gotham’s protector (after all, criminals are superstitious cowards). Or maybe Bruce Wayne himself, having used the thing he did in full ending to become a full-time Batman, free of distractions and what not. I think he always was more Batman than Bruce, don’t you? Anyhow, as Gordon said: "Legends live on, only man comes to an end".

Courage750 😀 This game is perfect I loved the main story and how they caught so many of the most memorable comics that we know and how they manage to put all together in the game 😉 the music was awesome! I haven�t heard the tracklist but I hope it�s has the cue from Ace Chemicals last objective 🙂

I remember when both Arkham Asylum and City were released, the PC versions were delayed for nearly a month. Never found out why, but I’m assuming it had to do with optimization issues. To see the PC of Arkham Knight launch the same day as the consoles, and for it to be completely buggered after numerous delays is just disappointing. 🙁

The uincracked unlocked version is floating around so we cans till rip the pc files. Shame about this whole disaster. I already issued my refund from greenmangaming and getting it on xbox one.

This is quite different from the past Batman Soundtrack releases in the Rocksteady series. Listening to Asylum and City, they are much more reserved and quiet. I am loving it, but in a different way than the last two. Though I feel like Christopher Drake’s Origins soundtrack might still be my favorite. We will see…

Just right-click on a track, pick "Rename" and change ".m4p" to ".m4a". It should work.

First you need have the option (in Windows 7/8 it’s in Windows Explorer, hit View on the top ribbon -> Show File Extensions with a tick mark) and then rename the .m4p to .m4a

no gimmicks, no rename-the-file games, etc.

Actually, that’s from Origins’ complete soundtrack. I ripped it a few months ago and uploaded it. I’ve made a newer version, which I’ve posted here (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0BxSHfnM3MSJ6d1p4eDJKV25RX2M/view)along with in my original Origins thread because I’m a decent person (no I’m not).

Edit: Also, if anyone has the PC files for Arkham Knight and could find a way to send the music for me (it’d probably be in a .wav as was the case with the previous games), I’d be happy to (eventually) mix the complete score for Knight. MY PC is unable to run the game, so I had to buy a console to play it, which has sadly left me without the files to make my own mix of the game’s score. Unless there’s a way to record the music from the game (I play on the Xbox One).

I found one of the Arkham City songs (the Church stealth tutorial) in the files that Orange uploaded… which makes me think they re-use old stuff in the new game…

I have listened about 200 songs of BAK gamerip and found over 20 cut Arkham City’s songs!

Decent. More than playable but the framerate is everywhere from 90 to 45 fps. Still very enjoyable but I’m hoping they improve the performance soon.

I was listening to the music in the Red Hood walkthrough, it reuses the Funhouse Brawl music from Arkham City.

Also the music in the true ending is actually on this release (correct me if I’m wrong)…
