To my surprise, there were two tracks that played in the Bethesda E3 event that took place today that had next to none sfx played over them.
I've titled the tracks in reference to what the score was highlighting during the conference.
In terms of sound quality, it's fairly good. I extracted them directly from Twitch post-stream, which had it's audio quality at 256k.
The first track has no audible sfx what-so-ever, as they were featuring concept art during that segment. However, I had to remove the first ten seconds or so because of Todd's talking.
The second track is the whole track that played, and there's only some minor sfx for a few seconds near the beginning, but it's not that noticeable.

I hope Inon Zur returns for this, I loved his work for Fallout 3.
Edit: It looks like he is composing for Fallout 4.
After the interview, I went up to Todd and asked him about who is composing the soundtrack for Fallout 4. He confirmed that it will be Inon Zur the same composer for Fallout 3 that made the atmospheric music so immersive.
