They were originally made available in MP3, so probably not...

Mancell does seem to want to release them in a more official fashion, if only the whole licensing thing wasn't an issue.

He mentioned he might even have an unused track for Komodo Joe as a scrapped boss for Crash 1 before the character's introduction was delayed to Crash 2. His archive must be pure gold.
