@Petros: very underrated, right. It's so sad that his success as a composer doesn't match his capabilities. He did a lot of instrumentalist work for Hans Zimmer. But I'd rather listen to his own compositions.

Oh, no, Kobayashi-Maru, somehow I missed this one. Which is one of my favourite scores of all time. I've a well-worn lp but never, ever saw it on cd except at occasional horrifying collector prices. Even requested this one in another thread. Any chance of a re-up? Fingers crossed. This is truly a fine piece of music, a great accompaniment to a fine (if somewhat misogynistic) but largely forgotten British mini-series. Ian Holm is wonderful in it, as is the rest of the cast, really. Great stuff all around. Thanks very much!

This is brilliant. Got the books (not read yet) - watched the series. Been looking for a proper DVD set, but for some reason they never produced one (something about Len Deighton not liking the finished production, I think.)
A superb score. Many thanks for this - greatly appreciated.
