I'm sorry but this is the first of these where I think you pushed the stereo separation a little too far. Maybe there weren't enough frequencies in the recording to work with? I do hear a subtle sonic improvement though.

I've just downloaded and extracted the file without any issues. You could try extracting to the root directory of a drive, as it may be a long file name problem (the files are in a folder which could cause this problem if the extraction path is too long).
