The only track missing on the bonus material is "Restless Kid", officially it was never on the album but Ricky Nelson tried hard to get the Johnny Cash written song in the movie but was overruled.

It appears on Rick's Rio Bravo release he put out instead.

I have found two versions of Ricky Nelson's "Restless Kid" song as well as Johnny Cash's demo version of it.
Because the film starred a crooner, Dean Martin, and a teen idol, Ricky Nelson, Howard Hawks included three songs in the soundtrack.
Before the big showdown, in the jail house, Martin sings "My Rifle, My Pony, And Me" accompanied by Nelson. This song contained new lyrics to a previously used Dimitri Tiomkin tune, "Settle Down" that appeared in the 1948 film 'Red River'. It is not clear as what the lyrics to "Settle Down" are as it is impossible to find the lyrics to it on the Internet. Listening to the choirs words from the film 'Red River' are also impossible to understand. The next song is a brief version of "Get Along Home, Cindy", with Nelson accompanied by Martin and Walter Brennan. Over the closing credits Dean Martin sings a specially composed song, "Rio Bravo" (written by Tiomkin with lyrics by Paul Francis Webster. Johnny Cash wrote the song "Restless Kid" for Nelson to sing in the film, however, music director Dimitri Tiomkin decided against it. Although it never appeared in the film Nelson released it on his third album, 'Ricky Sings Again'.
