Ken Thorne 1924/2014.
Let's do some tribute to Ken Thorne, passed away last summer,
for his little contribution to the "Help" sountrack, little but significant for two reasons. First, his arrangements of famous Beatles songs, mixed in some james bond style (there was the times), and, for this prequel of "Persuaders" incidental, six years before.
Listen to the track n 10 - "The bitter end, you can't do that". The first part is clearly a cue of persuaders that we cant ear often at dramatic moments. Only 1.14 mn, its short, but we dont have much, exept the 1.11mn cue we can find in the 2 CD's "the music of ITC". Last thing have read on it, in some article on DVDnetwork (or Network, maybe), is that the tapes are definitely lost ( how such a thing can be arrive ? one of the most important underscore of all times lost? like that? i just can't believe it. i would kill my mother to have it)
Maybe before i die...
