It's the thirteenth installment of the Contra series, but it's mostly referred to as Hard Corps: Uprising. Some could call it a spin-off with Contra characters. Regardless, my main interest lies in that it was composed by Daisuke Ishiwatari.

VGMB doesn't have any records of this game having an official release, so I can only assume it's a gamerip alongside you. I got this from a torrent (took awhile to download, too).
