Even with his efforts for the major motion pictures, composer Kevin Riepl is at his best in writing for video games. In Ascend: Hand of Kul, Riepl creates dark brooding atmosphere of primitive times and barbaric pagan deities with wide orchestra of twisted bizzare brass misic.
