I see you too did a rip ! i have a question of confusion ! some of the cutszens (specifically the charackter titlecard ones) are not to be found in the movies folder.

so i assume the that the tracks of those instances are actually store somewhere amoung the sfxes. but i couldnt find em. do you have an idea or hint on those (or did you actually ripped them)

in this link there are two sequences the one is 7:22 and the other one is 12:30 (to give two examples) those are not cutszenes at least i dont think those are. they are not featured in the prerendered cutszene folder.

You're probably not going to find them, at least without SFX. Most of the audio you're describing is complication audio for those cutscenes. For such cutscenes as Tiny Tina's introduction in Borderlands 2 or Mad Moxxi in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, they typically have a dedicated complication of sound effects into one single file, including their title card audio despite being in-game and not pre-rendered onto a BIK File. This is presumably due to the audio team not considering such audio to be classed as music, and thus didn't make them a unique file that could be affected by a Music volume slider, which would also help reduce file quantities for more efficiency for the game engine & memory capacity.

And whilst I haven't used Ravioli Game Tools as VladlenCry here has, my use of Riveal 11.1 and Dragon UnPACKer with BL2SoundRenamer isn't able to extract any audio besides dialogue with names beyond numbers-that-may-as-well-be-random, so you'll have to simply rummage through them and hope either to find them in time or your judgement of file size can narrow the search. But as previously mentioned, based on my full extractions of Borderlands 2 and my left on hold extraction of The Pre-Sequel, you most likely won't find what you're looking for outside of an SFX compilation.

first of all about the cutszenes themselfs those are bik files. (bink) and those have multiple layers. (seven to be precise the
one features music and sfx and the remaining ones are dialogues of different languages)

and if those title carts are truely cutszenes of the same kind than its odd that that they imbedded them into the pck files.
i will than carry on searching for those files on my own. if i happen to find something i can let you know !
