I don't like it's the same original ~40 minute suite version. It's not cohesive enough for me as a concert work (despite the suite being a mix of cues in film order). The 2004 Akira Senju Piano Concert in two movements version conducted by Chosei Komatsu [Kentaro Haneda (pf), Japan Philharmonic Orchestra] is better despite being shorter. nextday has shared it here (Thread 57893) (Tracks 1 and 2. Remaining tracks are cues for the 2004 TV adaptation).
Akutagawa's TRIPTYQUE is good. Shorter, three strong movements, and not as dragging as FATE.
