Ignore this transcoded crap.
Thank you thank you thank you! Made my day and the next thirty or so nights of work awesome as I play this over and over again!
Surprised it got an official release so fast. Thank the Stranger!
🙂
They mentioned they have more stuff in store: Blogpost:
" Im ecstatic to be releasing the Destiny Original Soundtrack to our fans today. Thanks for listening and stay tuned there is more to come.

All they had to do was offer a bandcamp link or alternative for .FLAC but they wanted to be dicks and no one wants to use iTunes. Whatever. Here’s an example of how you sell soundtracks. So they want to milk the music as much as they do the game? This will explain why McCartney’s song is not here.
How are they milking anything? Okay, I don’t really understand where you’re going with this, so while I wait for your reply on this former question, I’m going to educate you and anybody else that may or may not have a similar mindset on the subject.
Okay, so most AAA titles have downloadable content these days. It’s a known thing. Developers have figured out a way to extort the consumer to get more money than they initially received just for the base game. This CAN be milking the consumer, but it really depends on what the consumer is interested in. It’s not like that person HAS to buy it. They always have the option to ignore it blissfully.
Now, onto Destiny, I am assuming that you’re under the impression that they’re going to milk the game for all its worth with all the expansion packs that they have planned. Well, if this is the case, you would be WRONG. They said from the very beginning that they had a ten year plan for Destiny. I doubt that means that it will receive expansion packs and updates through ten years instead of receiving a sequel or possibly sequels in that time frame, but that is neither here nor there. Anyway, they explained that Destiny was like an MMO in the retrospect that they will be rolling out actual expansion packs periodically. This is what every MMO out there does. And most MMOs also charge users with a monthly subscription fee (which is usually $20/month.)
So, you’re saying that Destiny is going to be milking anything because they’re going to offer not only paid content (free content updates as well) for those that want it, and more music for people that want it? I sure hope not, because this is a completely illogical sense of rationalization.
The rule of thumb is to never preorder, and to vote with your wallet. If you personally have no interest in the Destiny expansions, or the music updates, then keep your wallet in your pocket and shut up. It’s really that simple.
No 🙁
Track 41. Passage
Thank you very much
