It is the third and final volume in the "Tokusatsu" series released in Blu-Spec CD by Columbia.
It contains the openning and end credits themes from major Tokusatsu and Metal Heroes series, ranging from 1985 to 1994 (such as Changeman, Flashman, Jetman, Juspion, Spielban, Jiraiya etc.).
