My favorite among the three of them is Paine. I like her personality the best. I love her being mysterious, her eyes, her outfit, her sword...everything. she's one of the best ff female characters ever created. and one of the most unique too. but what i like most about her is..she's a swordswoman! she handles and uses her sword as if it's a part of her body. very cool.

Yuna's on second (just like the old yuna better) and Rikku's my least fave.
As for the looks.. all three are very pretty, so i cant decide really.

Rikku, although less so than FFX. But I really like her theme and her overall personality.

I am interested in you opinion on Yuna and her relationship with Tidus, however I see things differently, Tidus was meant for Yuna, and to tell the truth I disagree in your calling hime trash, but that's just me, the thing is though in FFX, you see Tidus in his own point of view, therefor you should see how his life is and how he is far beyond what you think of him, he is strong at heart, a good man, unfortunately a dream, still a very good man, yes he is in a way Shuyin because the Dream of the Fayth came from the memory of the Summoners from the real Zanarkand that gathered on Gagazet, Tidus was born from the memory of Shuyin... but noone knew exactly what either were truly truly about hence the difference in the way they carry themselves. I would like for you to reply to me directly or look up my email that way I can speak with you personnally on the subject, because this corrupted twisted world led me to a delusional insanity, now true emotion is numb to me, I can creat fictional emotion, I created that emotion from Tidus' feelings for Yuna, hence I fell in love with Yuna at the same time, hence I in a deep emotional way, created Tidus in my mind, and can open his personnallity in me at will... so you can call me a skitso, but we don't like taking insults from you.

Paine's attitude is too serious for my liking, but she's still ver cool ;). I do think she is one of the sexiest of the three if you ask me. I consider myself a Paine fan, I just like the other two better because they seem to be more on the positive side of things. I like all of them though.

I think they were all great, but my favourite had to be Yuna, because she reminds me of myself in a few ways, and i like Rikku too, the kiddy attitude that she's got is funny. Paine can be a bit too sarcastic, though.

Paine was my favorite because of her demeanor. She not only was able to tell Rikku that her statements were corny, stupid and childish, but seemed to be very smart. She is a reserved individual who knows what she must do. She doesn't let things get in the way of her and her goal, and that is an admirable quality. Not to mention she was the best female character since Tifa. When they make a strong, independent woman who isn't all about the color pink and flowers, she is somethng special.

I like Paine out if the three. She's mysterious, wise and creepy at times that makes her a very cool character. Her clothes are very gothy and dark, and that's nice :D considering her sword is the coolest !!!! Another cool thing with her, is her red looking eyes. I hardly see characters with these red eyes of determination.

Paine. She was like an ultra-cool cross between Auron (who i ADORED, despite the fact he was dead) and Lulu (who had THE MOST ULTRA-COOL attitude). Her dress sense is good too; she wears a skirt in about 2 dress spheres. The rest are just, like, "I'm not following your trend. I'm gonna make my own!".

Yuna's 'Goody 2 shoes' act pissed me off SO MUCH, plus the fact she was always trying to cover it. And Rikku was WAY to hyper, and her CLASHING colour combos HURT MY HEAD. And what the hell was going on with her hair?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?!? Mind you, her monkey was cool.

Plus the added thing of the sword being a stereotypical 'man' weapon, and it being assigned to a woman, that i approved of. She was different to the stereotypes of women laid down by the earlier final fantasys. I loved that. :coolegg:

Rikku is my fav. She's been my favorite female in FFX, so it's just natural for her to be my fav. in FFX-2. She has a fun personality, and she usually gets the better outfits. The only problem with her is that her Mascot sucks. :(

I relate a lot to Yuna, her self-sacrificing attitude and the things that she went through. My personality is a lot like Paine's though, with her sarcasm and sense of humor. I love Rikku as a character too for being spontaneous and fun, but semi-serious when she needs to be. I can't choose, haha.

Why does everyone hate Yuna so much? She didn't change that much. People always gave her a hard time about the way she used to act so she tried to change. But she doens't act that different. She may be happier, but she still cares about other people and sticks up for her beliefs.

I wouldn't say everyone hates Yuna. According to the poll, she's in close second to Rikku and blew the socks off of Paine. I can't recall whether I liked Rikku or Yuna the best in FFX-2... I didn't have many memorable moments in that game. I'm not sure if I even completed it anymore.

I know I didn't like Paine much though. I dislike the whole goth look and attitudes. I seem to recall her acting too masculine for my liking as well.

Definately Rikku, she seemed the most playful of all of them. Yuna I thought seemed kinda plain and boring most of the time and Paine would come in second out of the three.

Rikku always has been and always will be with the exception of Paine since X2 could not decide between the two but Rikku has been my girl since FFX.

Of course Paine is the complete opposite which is also the type of personality I like she reminds me of Fujin from FF8.

ok gonna sum it up before I start going on and on. Overall Rikku and paine.

I like rikku cause she always wants to help everybody stay happy despite the awful situations they were in. Also because I kinda hoped she would be happy in the end but even in the final mission she was upset cause she wasn't happy and I think she deserved a different ending.

My favorite is Rikku, she is my favorite character in X and she was still my favorite character in X-2. I like her spirit and her fighting style, I like the agility type characters like Rikku.

Although Paine is more my type of character, she doesn't get many interesting scenes or bits of dialogue. She only really opens up if you complete some pretty tough extra missions (and even then, only a little). Her voice actress is also the weakest of the 3, making it seem less like she's detached and more like she (the actress) is bored.

I like Yuna so much more in this game than in FFX. The voice actress is more assured, and the playful characterisation suits her far more. She's a suprisingly great main character. She's better off without that whinging brat Tidus (I got full completion, but turned down the opportunity to bring him back!)

But I think Rikku's probably the best character. Again, much improved from FFX. Her voice actress is easily the best of the 3, plus she actually sounds like she's having a good time with it. Add in that Rikku gets most of the best lines, most of the funniest situations and has the best costumes...

Rikku. She's still the same old Rikku, whereas Yuna is a total wreck of what was once a great character and Paine is just a pain.

I liked Yuna best in game. I didnt really like her in FMV, she was hot, but she didnt look like FFX Yuna IMO (I know shes older now but still). Rikku was my fav in FMV, and my least favorite in game.

I love Paine, she's one of my favourite FF characters ever. And I think she's totally hot. I loved finding out more about her. I like Rikku too, I used to love her more when I was younger. I disliked the way Yuna was in X-2, she seemed OOC the entire time and I wasn't too happy with that.

It depends what mood I'm in while I'm playing. At the moment, I prefer Yuna, but I go through phases of liking each of them

Yuna & Paine are both awesome in their own right and without them YuRiPa wouldn't be the cohesive unit we all love.
