According to Wiki there is this soundtrack which is more a comedy album featuring;
1. "This isn't Our Second Album" 4:01
2. "Welcome to Our Movie / Mutants" 3:15
3. "Mutants of 2051 II" 3:22
4. "I Didn't Do it, You Knob" 1:54
5. "Mouse in a Bottle (Film Dialogue)" 5:33
6. "Strange Brew" 3:37
7. "Behind the Scenes" 0:58
8. "Shakespeare Horked Our Script" 1:53
9. "The Game (Film Dialogue)" 2:44
10. "I Did it, You Knob" 1:57
11. "The Chase (Film Dialogue)" 3:50
12. "I Did it Again, You Knob" 1:26
13. "The Love Theme" 1:34
14. "Another Strange Brew (Film Dialogue)" 5:21
However on the same wiki page it also references the following, "As with the soundtrack album, the motion picture score was released for a short amount of time and remains out of print. The album runs approximately 63 minutes in length and was composed and conducted by Charles Fox."
Has anyone ever come across this score.

WOW - I would love to get my hands on both of these!
UPDATE - Found a rip of the LP 'soundtrack' - downloading now. Credit goes to user BobNET over at demonoid (can't believe someone is still seeding - his post is over 6 years old). Here are his notes regarding the rip:
This is a rip from vinyl and was played on a Technics SL-BD20 turntable with a Stanton L720EE cartridge. It was recorded on an M-Audio Revolution 5.1 and processed with ClickRepair. Adobe Audition 1.5 was used to trim the tracks. I used the rate effect in sox 14.1.0 to resample to 44.1kHz then WaveGain 1.2.6 was used to both bring the volume to a suitable level for CD playback and dither down to 16-bit. The cuesheets were hand written.
The vinyl itself is a Canadian pressing that was in pretty good shape; the occasional click still got through and there's a small amount of sibilance but ClickRepair 2.3.2 did a fairly good job at removing both types of artifact. I've included CD-style disc and case artwork. The LP sleeve features Bob and Doug's own newspaper "The Daily Knob" which appears here on both the inside of the front cover and as a separate PDF file at full size. The LP cover was scanned with an Epson Perfection 1660 Photo in quadrants which were stitched together using Hugin (which was developed for panoramas but does a beauty job at stitching scans, too). The inset and disc label are actually a scan of the cover for the VHS release of Strange Brew. These were edited using The GIMP.
Unfortunately, still can't find the score album...

Well, here is the 'soundtrack' for what it's worth - as fatwoofan stated, it's more of a comedy album. It does have a couple of score tracks - unfortunately, it's riddled with dialogue. Still, I love the movie, so it's worth having (to me anyway). The tracklist is the same that is in the thread starter.

Holy crap! I used to have the LP, but it got stolen when my cousin's apartment was robbed. I never thought I'd come across this (at a reasonable price) again. If I remember correctly, there really isn't much in the way of score on the album. I've never heard of an actual score release, for what it's worth.
