downloading it now. Did you make the cover art? it looks squished but I assume that is to fit the in the thread window box?
Nope! That is the back cover of the artbook from the Collectors Edition! I did the same with with Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm.
Wow, I own the collectors Edition and I did not even notice.
Any idea whats up with that? does yours track do that?
its track #16 not 18
Edit: Yep, it does it at 37 second every time.
By the way am I the only one who finds both Diablo III and Reaper of Souls music really boring and just plain pale? I mean other than for Act I the music does not create any kind of atmosphere for me at all. I actually like to turn it off or just lower music for background completely. Blizzard really dropped ball on this one.
For what it’s worth I use i-tunes

I downloaded it and still the same problem. Maybe its an itunes thing?
thanks so much for trying 😀
Edit: For the record, I just tested the mp3 out on my laptop as well, same thing happens. So not sure what the deal is. I can’t be the only one having this problem? Or maybe it’s an i-tunes issue?

me too, too much classical shit in there, i already didnt like the tunes of LoD from matt uelmen, i prefer his older works, those would have been awesome for 3 again, sadly he isnt with blizzard anymore, the tochlight soundtracks have the same atmosphere but sadly the graphicstyle doesnt fit the music anymore…. there is too much hectical classic crap music in d3… but in the official forums people love the music, im sad that gamers dont appreciate suspenseful dark music anymore but want cheap hollywood crap music.
I am doing I possibly can to restrain myself from slapping you across the face.
just listen to the track where you fight diablo in diablo 3, it’s so boring and stupid sounding! im not bashing the op here im talking about the music ;). diablo 3 has only few songs i like, like the highlands music, it has some nice atmospheric touch and the new tristram is also nice, the new music in the town of RoS is sadly wacky. i really thought this addon will be much darker, it is maybe for the setting, but the music destroys it as it isnt dark at all.
this is darkness!

people who dont like it werent raised with diablo 1 i guess ….
The regular release is a very fine piece of videogame music. Fully orchestral but not in the way I expected, yet somehow very intruiging music…
EDIT: Wow this 4 hour edition holds even more of these strange and fantastic soundscapes. Reminds me a bit of Laura Karpman’s Untold Legends: Dark Kingdom (unreleased) score. If you like the sound of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, I can recommend it, it’s less abstract and even more powerful than this one.
Anyway I’m liking this a lot… Classical-inspired music for a videogame. I still can’t believe how the times have changed !
also want this, here it is
so awesome
