In this 1979 fantasy-adventure from the UK, a young man has fallen for the daughter of an evil magician who will only grant marriage if the lad locates a magic talisman that will grant the magician immense powers. The film was criticized for its poor acting and pre-CGI special effects, but it had a colorful soundtrack by Ken Thorne that even managed a nomination for Best Score by the Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy and Horror Films. Thorne's music was only released on this promo from the Prometheus label, Volume 3 of their Film Music of Ken Thorne series.
