Alright, so I've done 3 things here. First, I simply ripped the track from my DVD in 320k (as requested), 48kHz. But I ripped the intro and the song together, because I've always considered them 1 track. This version includes the silly sfx in the beginning and the sounds of the casino right before the track ends, so it's the film mix.
Next I separated the intro and spliced it to the album version of the song, which is slightly different (aside from the sfx) from the film mix. So this can be considered an alternate of the film version. This one I didn't have in 320, but 128. So I had to upconvert it, but the intro is in 320k on all versions.
Lastly, I exported the "Intro" track alone, as you had requested. I wasn't sure which version you'd want, so I figured why not do all 3. I hope this helps, enjoy :)
