Run Lola Run can be effective. When I was a part of a performing arts & entertainment, quote/unquote, troupe organization, they would often play the first track on that during our exercises and work outs.

The most exercise I get is playing drums on Guitar Hero. So, I guess my answer is Guitar Hero music. Lol.

hmmmmm I listen to hardcore beat instrumentals or video games soundtracks like resident evil or silent hill 3, hey its weird but fun.. oh yeah some new age like 12 Transfiguration (Et In Arcadia Ego IV)

Any horror soundtrack with a chase sequence. :D

i listen to zimmer, mostly man of steel or the dark knight

Any well-known orchestral OSTs.

Immediate, Two step, Epic Score, any anime OSTs with orchestral element etc... to name a few.

I personally don't find rocky soundtrack very motivating for jogging. Everyone think at the track "eye of tiger" , but I don't find it very efficient.

I liked for jogging the soundtrack "sucker punch". Very nice (bjork, Skunk Anansie etc ...)
