Could anyone tell if there is a break the limit accessory and how 2 get it please

It's the Invincible. On the second screen of Kilika, there's this guy with a group of some of other people that has a spherecamera aimed at the new Youth League base that's being built. Cross the bridge and head down towards this bottom area. Talk to him in Chapters 1, 3, and 5 and accept his request to take a look at the base using the camera. In Chapter 5, you'll then be offered the option to have the boat person take you over to it. Accept and use the on-screen map to navigate to the yellow X and open the treasure chest to the Invicible.

also special dresspheres need a key item to get break damage limit (these r only found in chapter 5

Twilight Rain- teaches floral fallal (yuna speical dressphere) break damage limit, found on besaid island under the bridge in the waterfall

Machina Booster- teaches machina maw(obviously) break damage limit, found @ mushroom rock road by the lift that goes up to youth league headquarters

Victor Primoris- teaches full throttle break damage limit, found @ mhi'ien highroad (needed to find rikku as culprit for mhi'ien mystery) ride a chocobo to newroad north go to the first pillar if coming from the newroad south then go to the opening just below it stay there with ur chocobo til a screen pops up say am i ever u'll get phoenix downx5 now do it again this time it will take longer for the screen to come but wait it out then choose am i ever again the chocobo will go down and u got it

Yep. Also alternatively for the characters themselves, you can score either the Higher Power Garment Grid or the The End Garment Grid and those also give Break Damage Limit. Higher Power is way easier to get. You just complete the Chocobo Dungeon (Clasko Episode Complete) in Chapter 5. The End is way harder - you have to oversoul every fiend. For Higher Power, you have to pass through all gates in order to activate Break Damage Limit. It's only two for The End, because if you do all four on that one, you get the super-special Finale ability.
