Orie, thanks for the soundtracks. I`m currently watching the Ovas ( on the third one) and Dezaki always got it rigth

I have not yet see it. The dvds started to be on sale in my country, episode 1 and 2 only, and then the label got bankrupt... so I lost my will to see it. :/
But I will see it soon for sure. Thank god Piracy to help me when some company goes bankrupt in the middle of releasing a series of 10 dvds

Speaking of which, do you happen to know where to find the mp3 version of "Just before the Sunrise" by RHODES?

Out of curiosity do you have any idea if there was ever any sort of release for the last opening (Rebirth) & ending (HOPE - Not to be defeated, not to cry, and not to be daunted) songs from the OVA by Kudo Eiko? I've been able to find official releases for the 3 opening and ending themes prior, but never anything for the last ones. I think the google translation for the OVA's Japanese Wikipedia page says there wasn't ever any release for it but since google translate is hardly a reliable means of proper translation I can't be certain if that is indeed what it's truly saying.

I think I once came across someone saying that it might have possibly been included with the BLACK JACK (OVA) Limited Edition Box Set in Japan, but I've never been able to properly confirm or deny if that was actually true or not. Going strictly off pictures I've been able to find for said box set on Amazon.JP I think it only includes the full OVA series, the film and a booklet titled "Black Jack Special Booklet," which I presume is just art or possibly notes and such.

I have the Black Jack OVA Blu-Ray Box Set and it does not have the full versions of those songs. Unfortunately, they have never been released ever in any form.

I was afraid that was the case, that's a real shame.
