The Drag-on Dragoon tracks are ridiculously well done. I was very interested in seeing how the experimental genre would translate into chiptune and I think the interpretation was well done. Much kudos.
Overall, I think this was a really well done album and I enjoyed this chiptune release and hope it gets a full release so that I can own a copy myself.

Unfortunately it would currently appear that the chiptune soundtrack won't be getting a separate release from the 10th anniversary box set.
I'd consider purchasing said box set myself at some point but I think it be kind of silly to buy the entire thing just for a supplemental CD, especially when I already own the US Collector's Edition.

I originally planned to prepare and upload the lossless on the 1 year JP anniversary release date but got overwhelmed during that week and saw it as a missed timing window. But I do plan on uploading the lossless. If you don't mind waiting for May 20 2015 (1 year Western anniversary release date of Drakengard 3) I can get it done by then unless another uploader beats me to it.

I'm planning on scanning only the chips music disc if that is okay with you. I may scan the case, but no promises on that. Scans will be in PNG.
