I wasn't sure whether to put this in anime and manga or Help and assistance forum, I just picked here.
OK, I live in the UK and I can't seem to find any Anime on any channel except for Pokemon and Yugioh. I have NTL digital. I just wondered if you know of any channels showing anime please post em. Only UK channels, yer.

There's anime in Kuwait though.
Slam Dunk was popular a few years ago.
They edited out the love storyish scenes between ... Sakuragi(?) and... that girl =|

You could try Bit Torrent - there's quite a healthy choice of subbed anime in there. You do need to have a decent internet connection though.
You could buy DVDs as well. A place like
http://www.play.com or Ebay do some good deals on anime DVDs.
Just a case of knowing WHAT to find then.

Bittorrent is most definitely awesome.
I'd also recommend getting Region 0 dvds from a site like Anime Discount (
http://www.animediscount.net/). It's a great way to buy anime for really cheap.

I've never seen that site before, but it has some good stuff. Another site like that is Discount Anime DVD (
http://www.discountanimedvd.com). They're slightly more expensive (not by much though), but they have a much bigger inventory.
Check Toonami at night, they usually have stuff like Outlaw Star on.
Also, tune into Sci Fi channel at bout 4 or 5am ;)

For Bit Torrent, there is a client for you to download here:
http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/
That basically allows you to download the files in question: File share, in other words.
Secondly, you need a site to find torrents at. The one I use is Animesuki:
http://www.animesuki.com/series.php
If you want to give a good anime a go, try Naruto. It's seriously addictive.

Yeah, it kinda sucks that there's no anime in the UK. I've had to watch all the really badly dubbed ones by 4Kids or face not watching any naime at all! -_-'
