Should A new Membership / Registration on a VERY popular Anime Forum be Instant?

Hey FF SHRINE people

I just tried to set up a Membership / Register
on what I think is probably the worlds most popular
Anime Forum and I first used a brand super shiny
BRAND new Yahoo.ca e-mail and it said that
they sent me the link but it never showed up
in my inbox .... I am not used to that those
things in my digital life are almost always instant / Instantaneous
I got impatient and and I tried a yahoo.com e-mail
that I have been using for years and its still not coming

If I was banned then I would not be able to complete / see
all the steps to register correct ?

I am going to try one of my latest Gmail accounts
but after that I will I guess just try and have to relax / wait

WTF !??!!?!?!?

:(

Oh fuck it I already have a membership and the log in details are alive / they work / active

sorry guys ..........

If I get the e-mails at one of those yahoo. e-mails would it be "ok"
to have another Membership or is that a big no no in forum land ?

Could I get banned / get in trouble for having another
membership .. Like one in Firefox and one in Google Chrome ?

I really REALLY don't want to get kicked off this fourm I am talking about ......

In fact its probably the absolute NUMBER ONE forum I don't want to get kicked
off from ....

Should I reject the e-mails if they finally come ? / Cancel them ?

Do you think the "system" just knows I already have
an account with my IP Address ?

Rules via accounts vary from forum to forum. Each have their own rules. Here, for instance it is technically against the rules to have multiple accounts. And you can be banned, depending om mod's feelings. No one here can tell you for sure what to do with another forum. If you get activation e-mails, you do not need to follow up and activate them. Up to you.
