I'm looking for an anime that has lots of blood and gore. One that is interesting. One you can watch over and over.

Can you think of one?

X is pretty violent. You might like that one.

Akira's kind of violent too. Not as violent as X, but still violent. It's also awesome.

Yeah. I'm a huge blood fan. I love blood squirting and flying through the air. Vampire Hunter D was just mild, it was like a paper-cut. I need something with MORE BLOOD!!! MORE!!!!!!!!!!!
I've only heard of one anime that would quench my thirst, that being Berserk.

If you want some crazy shit, check out Urotsukidoji, but ahh, steer clear of the sequels.

I heard that Ninja Scroll was a pretty violent anime so you could try that. But as someone posted before watch X or Akira cause those are pretty violent and fun to watch.

There also Perfect Blue. It's more like psycopath-mental violence as well as having a couple of rape scences(they were acted but still) and some parts that'll make you cringe (especially a scence where the guy gets stabbed by the pizza delivery guy:shock: )

Violence is all there is to Ninja Scroll. It's one of the most overrated animes in history. Perfect Blue was pretty damn good though.

I love Perfect Blue. It's violent, but I'm not sure it's the kind of violence you're looking for- it's more disturbing then gory. Still, it's an awesome movie, so you'd probably like it. I would lend it to you, but you're too far away. =/

Ninja Scroll is overrated, yes. I still think it's awesome though, and I enjoy it every time I watch it.

Yeah, Hellsing or X work great for the blood and gore needs. Assuming you don't mind waiting through boring dialogue (in Hellsing, anyway) for it.

Dialogue's pretty dull at the beginning of Hellsing, but I think it starts getting good around episode 4.

Elfen Lied is a new series in japan with what seems to be a psycho demon girl that uses her psychic powers to rip people in half, pop off heads, and psychically use blood to form a hand and open doors. Does that sound gory enough?

Oh ya, its got full-frontal nudity too! And yes, this is supposed to be a mainstream series.
