Legendary album of Stavros Xarhakos with the score of the theatrical play "Our Big Circus" that deals with the history of Greece from the revolution of 1821 till the german occupation during WWII. The performance was held by the theater of Jenny Karezi and Kostas Kazakos in 1973 and 1974, with main singer the "archangel of Creta" Nikos Xylouris. The play knew a huge success with more than 400.000 tickets sold. The last track of this album (The pilgrimage), is an hymn for all the people that fight for their freedom. Included you will find a nice booklet with photos from the performance. Enjoy.
