You can bet also that the 1000 copies were sold out before the release date: I was pointing out the "error" of date in musicbrainz and the editor has just told me that it was no error: the official release date is tomorrow (http://soundtrackcollector.com/title/8283/Fitzwilly) 21-Oct-2013. Phew!
