Yes, really. Not only is "Earth 2077" missing, but the mixing is different in some tracks, such as "Waking Up" & "Radiation Zone". I'm not positive, but i would guess this is the isolated score from Blu-ray.

It seems Oblivion Deluxe was never released in lossless
