Sonic the Hedgehog Remastered 2013
<a href="http://imgur.com/lWF0loI">
Info:
This soundtrack comes from the new rerelease on Android and iOS platforms by Christian Whitehead. The sound is quite different than what you'd hear from the emulated ports and the original Genesis itself. That is because Christian resampled the music through a synthesizer, creating a cleaner sound. Metadata/ID tags and Album Art (image displayed in this post) was added as a suitable touch. I hope the rip isn't bad for anyone.
Specs:
The soundtrack was ripped straight from the game via Sound Test through an auxiliary cable linked between my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 7-inch tablet's headphone jack and my Dell Inspiron N5050's microphone jack and the sound was recorded in Audacity in 44.8 khz in a 16-bit sampling rate. Once recording was done, I edited each track to fade out and exported them as PCM WAVs. From there on, I used Switch Sound File Converter to transcode from WAV to FLAC and used the FLACs to convert to MP3 @ 320 kbps and V1 VBR and ~160kbps OGG.

Now what you're all here for. I've uploaded these in different formats, but they're all archived in .zip files so you won't have to use WinRAR/7zip/WinZip/etc.
