With the ArcSoft DTS decoder, I was able to rip the full 2.0 48kHz/24bit DTS-HD Master Audio lossless stream from the disc.
Bare in mind that this is an isolated score in synch with the movie, not a soundtrack CD, so some tracks starts or ends kind of "abruptly", but it doesn't ruin the listening experience.

This is for my grandfather, who passed away last week. He watched this movie in the theaters back in 1980 and he loved it. He didn't get many chances to watch it again, except for some TV airings. I actually bought this Blu-ray for him, but it didn't arrive in time.

They're okay. Sometimes Mega has been a pain to download, at least with Chrome. You can try pasting the links in a download manager (Mipony, Orbit). It worked for me when I needed.

phbart is right, if your browser don't handle MEGA correctly, you can use a download manger.
Personally, I use jDowloader (it's free) and I've no problem downloading MEGA links.
