I use Google Chrome and haven't had an issue downloading anything from Mega.

Maybe your browser is outdated, try updating your browser.

I use Mega all the time and I have had no problems.

Google Chrome as my browser.

If you use Firefox, just install the MEGA extension, and it works ok.

Yeah installing the mega extension has worked for most people I know that have tried it.

The key is part of the link initially, but I think what happens sometimes is people will copy and paste the link and then that will trigger what you described.

but how do I know which part of the link that is the key? I often have this problem

The part after the second exclamation mark is the key. Hope that works.

I use the downloader in lieu of Chromes instability, it should be medicated.
