the fiend that gave me the most hassle was the one in biknal desrt and the one at via infico trmor i think (avent played ffx-2 for a while)

the most hassel?...hmmmm....probebly that big worm thing on the way to beat vegnagun....it kept eating everyone!

Nothing gave me a hard time. The whole time I was playing it, I never saw "Game Over" on my screen. Was it that easy for everyone else?

I think the closest thing to a tough fight for me was the giant cactuar. It at least put me on the defensive.

i was once against a behmoth annyoing creatures i was trying to brin up my white mage abblites by using the techniques i killed it and it done metor to finish my people off i got careless the only time i died

hehe...i wasnt doing much damage....i try to beat the game on the lowest level posilbe.....so it must have been low....still beat the game!

another that annoyed me was the uh...oh i cant rember they're names....when you go to bevel and you have to light up all the towers, and in doing so you have to beet the machina things....they annoyed me....

also....those things with all the eyes....i think its malboro...yeah they really get on my nerves!

oh and i hated the things with the weird body parts...you know the one...with the snake as a tall and so on....

oops im ranting! actully all feinds annoy me(i hate random battles) but i do like one....the big flying bird thing you fight on mihien road.....yeah they're cool! plus you get alot of exp from them!

i never got a game over either.........well...once...the fight against the boss in zanarkand...i got creamed first time round....but i beat it second time....

i keep getting mixed up with ff10 and ff10-2....im rembering things that happened but its hard to rember wich one it was......probebly cause the senery is the same

yeah malboro are very annoing with their attack bad breath unless ribbon equiped it can be nasty

I've only been beaten by one enemy. Chac. That stupid nasty thing managed to give me over 5 game overs in less than 20 minutes.

some monsters need a bit of stargising like venagun you cant waltz up ther and just slash

has anyone notcied this omga weapon was so easy to kill than the other games omega weapons etc

chac? whats that? i hated the cactar!! they are soo annoying 1000 needles really does a lot of damage...espcialy if it does it repetedly!

i got beat by them, and malboro's in 10 but in 10-2 it was just that boss......i hate the sand dune monsters....was that in 10?

i found vegnagun suprisingly easy....it only took me 20mins to beat it.....and it took me 5mins to beat shuyin.....

while in other FF games its taken me hours to beat the final boss...vegnagun was pretty easy i think...'sin' and 'braska's final aeon' were harder.....IMO

the mosta nnoying in 10 was dark anima at least a 10 million hp
sin the final aeon where easy so was vengaun

the hardest one ive beaten would be BFA....but i was only on level 42....but i beat it! i used holy and all they're overdrives(and all the aeons overdrives) it was hard.....but the thing after it 'Yu Yevon' it was harder...but it wasnt hard for me to beat the aeons....they're levels were so low...i just used one holy and they were dead!

I didn't like them just plonking Ultima and Omega Weapon in with the common fiends. They were far too easy.

Chac is a boss in Via Infinito (Cloister 80).

mainly yeah but its ok to compair to ffx Chac wasnt so hard

Very early in the game in Mushroom Rock, a battle consisting of 2 Red Elements and a Fungar thing, with an Element and a Fungar oversouled. It was extremely difficult for me to win.

over soul monster are hard at the start when you go to besaid or zanakard i went to zanakarnd and fought a behomoth over soul it took a while

Omega and Ultima were never hard...In FFX I could beat them in one hit (MEGA STRENGTH gooo!) but in this one it takes about five...with Lady Luck though

Yeah, that was the problem with the Jap and US versions of FFX. Ultima and Omega had far too little HP.

When I first entered chapter 5 I found Ironside quite annoying due to its cheap attack leaving you with 1 HP.

This is pretty pethetic but the monster tht gave me the most trouble was the iron giant thing on besaid when u go there first time coz it almost killed my ppl in 1 hit *first place i went after mt. gagazet* so they killed me easy

It was pretty much the same deal for me. There was a boss type fight that gave me some trouble though. Can't remember which one.

the boss Amorious Gel(i think thats it) gave me quite a lot of hassle in 10...i beat it first time...but i kept dying....

yeah? i had to give tidus a different sword...the brotherhood was healing it....i used firga...and lightening attacks.....i didnt have flare

well it is supposed ot be about ffx-2 notice its in x2 section

however i think they should make a section where final fantasy x and x-2 are combined

Well, there is no "cross-discussion" section and I don't have the authority to start one. I don't think anyone else would either. However, if somebody wants to make a thread here where people can debate the difficulty of fiends in this game as opposed to those in FFX, I'm open to that. But for this thread, let's stay with FFX-2.

for me it was that giant lizard thing when u ge to the thunder plains for the concert that kept killin me.......ALso the magus sisters they were hard..

trema gave me problems at first because i didnt know how to beat him, but i figured you just have to suck up all his mp so he cant use ultima and flare :D .

FFX-2 was a very long, and a very easy game. I didn't have much trouble at all. I have a secret to leveling up, and I got to level 99 by the time I left LeBlanc's secret hideout the first time. I wish I hadn't cuz it was sooo simple, but in a way I guess it was fun in some parts. I got %100 on my second try (courtesy to Jessie Cox's walkthrough on square-x.com). I guess it was that one Cactuar or the fiend on Bikanel. I didn't really like those little tigers at first or the Monster Arena when I first started.

:( a lot of fiends from the via infinito gave me hassle.. mega tonberry, elder drake, chac, concherer, paragon, and the mushroom-like thing w/c sprays powder then petrifies you..

in the farplane, i also had a hard time beating the aka manahs and the black daevas (forgot the name, sorry).

All the fiends are too easy to beat so they don't give me any hassle

Chac was pretty difficult to beat, but its no comparison to the three lacerdas (the via infinito level 90+ lizards) they gave me a pretty hard time until i decided to escape every time i saw them :D I only got to kill one of them once... but then i died :)

Chac was annoying and the Via infinito spider on lvl 20 got me by suprise, so I lost... a few times o_o;

The big dragen thing called zalamander.
and the monster that always anoy me in every game the molobaros.
vagnagun was really easy

Probably Azi Dahaka, the boss you fight if you don't get the notes right in the heart of the farplane

I hated Great Marlboro too and his really bad breath attack.

I don't know the names, but it's those beasts you can fight in Chapter 5, Cactuar Nation.

So annoying >_>
