What do you think of this game?

has it led up it all the hype?

its coming out in the UK this month so i hav'nt got it, however i have played the Demo and all i can say is that it rocks, and i means ROCKS!!!

Is it better then the first one? I know I played the demo of MGS1 and didn't like it. I thought the control was cracker-assed and I just didn't like the gameplay.

Viggeta, the game is unbelveable, one of the best games ever made if not the best. BUY IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm really looking forward to this too. It'll be one of the first games I get when I get my PS2, which will hopefully be soon. I've been playing MGS1 one Extreme to train myself for MGS2 :D.

Oh and you can also get the demo if you rent or buy Z.O.E. It's got a demo of MGS2 built into it.

February 22nd is the date it comes out down here, I'm pretty sure. I think I heard somewhere that PAL countries are getting a few extra goodies like a half hour making-of video and a Boss Survival mode thingy...among other things.

I can't wait. :)

well i bunked my first lesson to get get the demo definatly wort it its such a quality game altho i set the semtex of after being warned 2 seconds earlier

yah he is pretty cool.. he gots awesome battle skills.. his moves r da shit..

MGS2 are really one of the coolest game:D , I like it because many moves in this game that really like reality like grab some dead body and throw them to the sea(cool:D ), Doing onani(O.o), and anythingelse.

This game has also humoristic(see it at before fight Solidus, the general has saying some funny things, hahahahaha).;)

hmm...i got alot further in the demo now i killed that women with the mingin armpitt hair and i went into the boiler room and to the bit where you have to shoot the device to turn the lasers of but i wasnt wearing my glasses and i shot da semtex! lol

I think the game is amazing... the gameplay is top notch, some of the best I have ever played. I really enjoyed the story... and I for one thought the "twist" about two hours in worked pretty well.

Majin, incase your still stuck, all you have to do to get part that part is shoot the fire igstingwisher (sp?:confused:) and crawl under the beams :)

nah i did that part thats easy, the part where you have to shoot the green flashy box was where i got stuck i kept shotin semtex, ive decided not to play no more and just wait......

Just remember that you don't have to hit the green flashy light, you can just hit the whole box and it works.

Personally, I loved the game. It was much harder than the first and the storyline was incredible.

Well it depends what type of games you like, but i agree with you, i have played the MGS2 Demo and have completed MGS1. MGS2 is absolutely amazing, i just love being stealthy! The rain effects etc are really good

I spent ages just throwing guards in the sea today its quality, there is so many things you can do this game is the only game that can come close to ffX

I've heard it's really short though.

well, where I live....Rotherham/Sheffield, it came out on the 8th feb....which was Friday. and I was going to buy it from medowhall....I may be wrong, but I'm sure thats what it said caise i know i was gonna buy it

Yeah!!MGS2 is the best, it's good to see the grapichs in MGS2.

Also, it has a good story too.:D

Mgs2 has a great graphics and Gameplay, i like to collect sexy pic in the ship.:D

Definitely one of my favorite games. I'd recommend it to anyone, not that everyone is going to like it! Then again, you could be dissapointed.

Right now MGS2 is my first and only game for PS2 (got it last Christmas) and I beat the normal game pretty quick but now I'm on extreme trying to get all the dogtags and I am STUCK on Olga she cannot be beaten because you can't shoot out her spotlight thingy! And it keeps telling me I'm missing a dogtag from the engineer room and one from deck C even though I got ALL the guards on that deck even the ones that come and then walk off! WTF!

It's a great game with amazing graphics and AI, but it's too short. It said that I had played for 15 hours or something. Then again, I died 123 times. There are tons of plot twists at the end of the game. Watch the credits. There's something really weird at the end.

I don't have the game and I havn't played the dem, but i've seen the trailers and it looks ace. I'll definitely get it.

I haven't got the game yet, but Ramza said you only play Snake for like two hours......and its really been bugging me why?

me n kc jes beat the game now! i think its great!! good ending. really gets ya thinkin. but i won't ruin it for the people who haven't beat it yet. is it just me or was rose incredibly annoying?? LoL either way, its a great game. i like it. dunno if i'll actually buy it tho. since i already know the ending now.
we had loads of fun kiling the birds. rose started lecturing us about killing birds needlessly XD kasey and her obsession with bird murder X.x
