*SPOILERS*

First, you must have the Airship to acquire Anima. Once you have the Airship, go to the World Map. Move the cursor to these coordinates:

X Coordinate is 11~16
Y Coordinate is 57~63

Now, finding the exact location may be tricky at first. So, when you have the cursor over these coordinates, just repeatedly press X while moving the cursor around. If you are on these coordinates, you will find Baaj Temple.

After you have landed at this hidden location, dive into the water. There, you will meet a familiar foe in Geosgaeno. After you have defeated Geosgaeno, swim north into the temple entrance.

Enter the Chamber of the Fayth. Here, you will notice six statues, three on each side. There is a hidden item in each of the six Cloister of Trials, hence the number of statues. You should have five of the secret items at this point of the game, which will result in five of the statues lighting up. If you don't have all five of these yet, just go back to the Cloister of Trials in which you did not find the secret item. If you have all five up to this point, the last one you need is in Zanarkand Dome.

Go back to Zanarkand and enter the dome. When you walk in, you will notice a new puzzle that is displayed on the small screen near the back of the room.

Step on the three white squares that are located in the first room, the one where you enter. Next, come back to the room where the puzzle was originally revealed. Step on the four white squares. After you have done this, you will open up a panel in the entrance, revealing a Destruction Sphere. Place the Destruction Sphere into the slot to the right of the monitor in the larger room, where you stepped on the four white squares. By placing the sphere into that slot, the screen will explode. Collect the Magistral Rod from the treasure chest, and then return to Baaj Temple.

When you return to the room with the six statues, the last remaining one will light up. Now that you have all of the six statues activated, a door will open which leads to the Chamber of the Fayth. Walk through, and you will acquire Anima.

You may not have all the secret items at this point if you didn't specifically search for them. If you don't, then you'll need to go back to each of the temples you didn't get them at and use the Destruction Spheres to get the special treasures. Don't worry about Bevelle Temple - you get the Destruction treasure here automatically, so you can never miss it. (Which is good, of course, since you can't go back.)

It isn't. That's a stupid rumor based on the fact that there's another optional treasure in there that isn't the Destruction Treasure. But you have to use the Destruction Sphere and get the treasure to leave Bevelle Temple. So you can never miss it.

Yeah, that's what people get hung up on. That's not the Destruction Sphere treasure.

It still counts. All you have to do is make sure you get it from the temple. Then do whatever you want to do with it.
