SIX FEET UNDER (SEASON 3)
Richard Marvin | 2003

SCORE | MEGA (https://mega.co.nz/#!oUgRiTaK!7QzeFCGm9DnZIUtzWq3FKRQ5NNtyip_p4SH0aDB 2-Xg)
PASSWORD: funnyml.blogspot.com
MP3-VBR+SCANS | 50 Tracks | 57:01 min | 105 MB | Promo

Note:I need your help on this mess, folks!
A lot of the tracks have no endings, some seem to transition into other cues. Maybe someone who knows this show can identify the correct order and which episodes they belong to.
The tracks were lossy on my disc (which is why I converted them to MP3 with LAME and a variable bitrate. But looking at the quality of the artwork, this probably is a bootleg,
so who knows if the original promo had the tracks in lossless quality.

Thank you so far, do you know if they are in order and why most tracks are incomplete?

They are in order but I don't think the cues are incomplete, it seems that they just end abruptly.

One of the issues with tv score cues. As played, they star and stop abruptly, and some are mere seconds long. Some of the Mokn promo cues are under the 19 second mark. There are a fair number of cues available via composer's sites, most of them (at least a dozen) are NOT composed by Marvin.....

Does anyone has the Six Feet Under clips that were posted on Richard Marvin's website? It seems that his website doesn't exist anymore. Thanks.

Very interesting. It would be very helpful to know who those composers are. So far I couldn't find anything.

I only know one additional composer, but not on which episodes he was working on.

I don't know, some tracks sound like they transition into another cue and right after that the track ends.

I just compared the first two cues with the respective episode (Perfect Circles), and they cut off exactly like that in the show. So this promo is basically playing like an isolated score. It's also representing the 3rd Season only until episode 8. The music from the last 5 episodes is missing. Still a great find!

So who are the additional composers on this show? Would love to check out their homepages. Thanks a lot!

Funny...it's odd. I often just google a very broad term, such as "additional score composer", and get lots of small composer's sites, or production music sites. I have found lots of uncredited tracks that way. I had a ton off odds and ends for many shows. But I was neglectful to fully document, and have lost track of a lot of it. I never downloaded Six Feet. I was never interested. Marvin used to have a site. I know, because score samples fro In Treatment used to be on it, but the whole site seems to be gone. Robert Duncan's site has vanished too. (A good case of grab it while you can). I know I had score from Scrubs that was "ghost written" for the main composer. I had it posted here somewhere, but I think I got rid of all that..

Couldn't help going through the episodes of Season 3 to see where everything fits. Noticed that some tracks are misnamed, and the track order gets screwed up towards the end. Some cues are also unused. At least I couldn't find them. And yes, some cues begin and end as abruptly on the show as on the promo. So here's what the track list would look like in chronological order:

from "Perfect Circles":
- The Operation
- Nate's Funeral
- Open the Box
- Getting Ready (partly unused)

from "You Never Know":
- What a Waste
- Andrew & Daniel (mistitled "Andrew & David")
- You're Safe
- End Credits (same as "You're Safe", only with longer ending, unused)

from "The Eye Inside":
- House
- Running Away
- Paranoia
- Callie's Eulogy

from "Nobody Sleeps"
- The Visit
- David Is Touched
- Bonding

from "The Trap"
- Somebody's Moving
- Arthur Arrives
- The Tour Is Over
- The Check
- You're So Trapped

from "Making Love Work"
- The Snake
- Nate's Hike
- Suicide Rock
- What Was That?
- The Hanky

from "Timing & Space"
- Bern Dies
- Techno Debussy
- Arthur Runs
- Come On Billy
- Nate
- Waterworld
- I Missed You
- Margaret Talks (partly unused)
- Bern & Nate (mistitled "Rico & Nate")

from "Tears, Bones and Desire"
- Once Upon a Time
- Abigail Sings
- Sarge
- Friendly Fire
- Who's Your Daddy?
- Sarge Asks
- Ratso (2nd version) (1st one unused)
- Did You Shoot Him?
- 3 Deaths
- Spa Ambience
- Daddy's Funeral
- I Care for You

seemingly unused:
Soap
Soap 1
Soap 2
