What Happens in the new ending included in FFX-2 International + Last Mission?

Is it an cinematic fmv, or just an in-engine one like the secret zanarkand ending in FFX-2?

I don't think there is a new Ending in International.... the LM endings are a little different though but I seriously need to buy it.... soon.... once I get a job.
