Ok this is FFPlayer but i changed my screename because i forgot my password. so i was playing ff7 right and then i was in the crater level my materia like mad and then i fought some magic pots ( as always ) and then after i beat them and took all the items my screen turned black and wouldn't anywhere but it was still playing the winning music. And another thing when i press a button and does the do do sound when you cant chose something like PHS. To make things even better when i try restart my PSOne ain't working. This is Weird! ur disc is probly busted.....or scratced or anyother abnormality.

that cant be i got a new one like 2 weeks ao and i've only been playing the third dic for about half of that time. i'll try to clean it.

Are you sure ? You should be able to play FF7 on PS2. It is backward compatiable. I don't think you have to buy a new PSONE. Try playing other games on it to see if the same thing happens to it. If it does, then you may need to buy a new PS. For the FF7 discs, make sure they're not scratch or damage. Hold your disc up toward a light and see if there are any scratch or something. My FF8 disc had something like that because it would keep freezing on the part when the school was going to be bomb with the music still going....Once I held it up directly to light, I can see that the disc was damage near where the data was suppose to read. If that's the case, you may need to buy a new FF7 game.:erm:

yeh it should work on the ps2 but im curious where did u buy the game was it brand new or 2nd hand?

bought it off amazon all new mint condition and as for the PS2 i tries it and it brings me the Browser thing and will say there forever.

Wash it see if you PSOnes laser is scratch or something there are many possableilys ignore my bad spelling try playin it again when i come up with more stupid ideas i will post them

whoa this just in my bro said my dad did something to the PSOne to make it work ( he probably beat the crap out of it ) and he says that FFT wirks i'll have to try FF7 im SOUPED!!!!!!!

I had the same problem with my PS2 , try cleaning the disk AND your PSOne/PS2 lens.

You can play PSX games such as FFVII on your PS2 , these are compatible.
