Anyway, is anyone able to share this comm track in ac3 (or any other format for that matter) please?

If you are planning to sync it up to the Blu-ray, it will not work. The commentary track is longer then the movie because the participants pause and rewind the movie at times, they even draw on the screen at time to point things out. It adds about 25 minutes to the movie.
