Hi! I'm quite a noob when it comes to this, but I'd really like to create a complete score for The Little Mermaid from the Blu-Ray that's just come out... The disc has a 7.1 soundtrack so I figured I could play around with the channels to create something nice - or at least learn something :)
Turns out it shouldn't be that easy!!
I'm on a mac maybe that's what's making it so difficult...
I have the main movie file as a .m2ts file the audio codec is DTS-HD MA so I demuxed it to .dts with tsMuxer thinking I would then be able to split the file into seperate channels using DTS HD Encoder... The encoder won't recognize the file though!
In complete desperation I even downloaded parallels and Windows 7 to use eac3to but that was a complete nightmare as I couldn't find a proper GUI version... And I haven't used windows in so many years so I feel totally confused...
What I wan't is to get the audio channels from the .mt2s file slit into seperate lossless channels that I can play around with in Audition CC.
ANY help would be appreciated greatly! :)
